The best way to ensure that you are choosing the proper Lifehook® L55 is to always measure the diameter at the top of your utility pole. Since no two poles are identical, the charts below are only guidelines to facilitate selection.

The Lifehook® FB6 can be installed at any height on the utility pole where the diameter is between 6" and 9". Start by measuring the diameter at the top of your utility pole. Keep in mind that a utility pole tapers 1/8" to 3/16" per foot on average. For installation at lower levels, determine the diameter by measuring the circumference of the pole at the level you want to install the product, and divide that figure by pi. ( pole circumference ÷ 3.142 = pole diameter )
