About Us

About us at lifehook.com

Lifehook® fall protection anchors are products of Pulse Corporation.  Lifehook® products are used by safety and training professionals within a technical training program.  For over twenty years, our brand of personal fall arrest systems have saved numerous lives and prevented countless injuries of unqualified pole climbing apprentices in the utility and telecom industry.

Falls are a leading cause of serious and fatal injuries in the workplace.  Learning to climb utility poles is a skill that is especially difficult to acquire, and a task that exposes the trainee to a significantly higher risk of fall related injuries due to unfamiliarity with proper climbing techniques.  Reports have shown that a safer workplace increases productivity and eliminates unnecessary losses to the employer.

Our mission is to provide the utility training professional with better compliance solutions to protect their workers.  We focus on innovative fall protection equipment of uncompromising safety, strength, and durability.  We offer competitive pricing and custom manufacturing to serve the unique needs of your apprentice training program.  We look forward to the opportunity to protect your apprentice trainees and to welcome you to our family of satisfied customers.

Lifehook Factory

The Lifehook® Build Team

At our Lifehook® factory and testing facility in Plainville, Connecticut, a diversified team of expert craftsmen have designed and constructed everything from prototype tooling for defense and aerospace, to alternative fuel engines, to computer-controlled machinery for factory automation, and many things in between.  This is where the very first personal fall arrest system for utility pole training was developed in 1986.

This location serves the greater New England area directly and supports authorized Lifehook® distributors in other regions of the United States.
